Receta Hearty Beef `N Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 c. (1/2 of 30 ounce. bag) frzn potato rounds
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn minced broccoli, thawed
- 1 can (2.8 ounce.) Durkee French fried onions
- 1 med. tomato, minced (optional)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Direcciones
- Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of 8 x 12 inch casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 10 min. Brown beef in large chunks; drain. Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions and tomatoes in potato shell.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, 1/2 c. cheese and seasonings; pour over beef mix. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 2-3 min longer. Serves 6.
