Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/3 c. Thinly sliced carrots
- 1/3 c. Thinly sliced celery
- 1/3 c. Minced onions
- 1 pkt Lipton Noodles & Sauce - Beef flavor
- 4 c. Water
- 1 can (16 ounce) whole tomatoes, liquid removed and minced (reserve liquid)
- 2 c. Cut-up cooked beef
- 1/2 tsp Basil Salt and Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In large saucepan, heat butter and cook carrots, celery and onion till almost tender. Stir in Lipton Noodles & Sauce, water, tomatoes, reserved liquid, beef and basil; bring to a boil. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7 min or possibly till noodles are tender.
- Makes about 4servings.
