Receta Hearty Ground Beef & Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 cans (16 ounce.) tomatoes
- 4 c. warm water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. uncooked noodles
- 1 pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef and onions. Add in tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, bay leaf, celery, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 30 min. Add in noodles, vegetables and basil. Bring to boil and simmer for 15-20 min. Serves 8.
