Receta Hearty Halibut

Ingredientes
- 2 pound halibut
- 2/3 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 c. minced tomato
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 3 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1/2 c. dry white wine (or possibly chicken broth)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- Black pepper
- Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Arrange onion slices in bottom of greased baking dish and place fish on top. Combine remaining vegetables and spread over fish. Combine wine or possibly chicken broth, lemon juice and seasonings and pour over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min, or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges. 8 servings.
