Ingredientes
- 3 lb Meaty lamb bones (shank or possibly Leg bone)
- 4 whl garlic cloves
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 12 x Peppercorns
- 4 x Celery stalks
- 1 sm Bunch of parsley
- 1 whl onion
- 1 lrg Carrot Scraped layer Salt
Direcciones
- Place bones in large stock pot. Cover with water & bring slowly to boil, skimming till no more foam comes to top. Tie garlic, leaf, peppercorns, celery & parsley in cloth. Add in onion & carrot. Cover & simmer 2-3 hrs. Remove all. Skim fat.
