  • 3 lb grnd beef
  • 12 x green onions, finely minced
  • 1 lrg packag Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 lrg jar Chef Boy-Ar-Dee spaghetti & meat sauce, (32 ounce.)
  • 2 jar small button mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr Salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkt small noodles Cheddar cheese, Grated
  • 1 pt lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Mix lowfat sour cream, onions and cream cheese together. Brown meat: drain. Add in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, chili pwdr and mushrooms. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. In large casserole, layer noodles, meat, cream cheese mix. Then alternate, ending with noodles. Grate Cheddar cheese on top. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
  3. NOTE: This freezes well, but if you do, put the Cheddar cheese on just before baking.
  4. Serves 16.
