Receta Herb Butter Zucchini Fans

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dry whole tarragon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 sm. zucchini
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. soft bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside.
- Cut each zucchini into lengthwise slices, leaving slices attached on stem end. Fan slices out, and spread proportionately with butter mix. Place in a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan; add in water. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till crisp tender.
- Combine cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle on zucchini and broil 4 inches from heat 2 min or possibly till cheese melts. Yield: 4 servings.
