Receta Herb Crusted Flank Steak

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
- 1/8 tsp Tarragon
- 1 lb Flank steak, trimmed of fat
- 1/3 c. Fresh bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley Broccoli rabe, okra or possibly broccoli, (optional)
Direcciones
- 1. Heat broiler and broiler pan.
- 2. Combine mustard, garlic, pepper and tarragon in bowl. Spread half the mix on one side of steak. Broil steak, mustard side up, 4 inches from heat source, 4 min. Turn meat over, spread with remaining mix; broil 3 min more for medium-rare. Combine bread crumbs and parsley; pat proportionately on meat. Broil 1 minute more. Let stand 5 min.
- 3. Slice steak thin, diagonally across the grain. Serve with sauteed broccoli rabe, okra or possibly broccoli, if you like.
