Receta Herbed Goat Cheese And Proscuitto Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 12 Tbsp. Goat cheese
- 1 tsp Minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Minced fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp Minced fresh chervil
- 1 tsp Minced fresh oregano
- 2 tsp Chopped garlic Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 12 lrg Shrimp peeled, tail-on, and butterflied
- 12 x thin slices Proscuitto
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Drizzle of white truffle oil
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cheese, herbs and garlic together. Season the mix with salt and pepper. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Press one Tbsp. of the filling in the cavity of each shrimp. Wrap each shrimp tightly with one piece of proscuitto.
- In a saute/fry pan heat the extra virgin olive oil. When the oil is warm, add in the stuffed shrimp and sear for 2 to 3 min on each side, or possibly till the shrimp turn pink and their tails curl in towards their body.
- Remove shrimp from the pan and place on a large plate. Drizzle the shrimp with truffle oil. Garnish with parsley.
- This recipe yields 12 stuffed shrimp.
