Receta Herbed Lamburgers

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd lamb
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cardamom
- 1 tbsp. ginger butter (unsalted butter with grated fresh ginger root mashed in)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lg. clove chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. minced chervil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed mint, optional
Direcciones
- Combine lamb, crumbs, salt, pepper and egg. Add in herbs and spices and mix well. Form into burger patties and dot with the ginger butter. Place under the broiler till desired doneness. Serve with buttered noodles, yellow beans and spinach mushroom salad.
