  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil ("pure" or possibly extra-virgin)
  • 2 lb Small red new potatoes rinsed, quartered
  • 2 x Garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 1 x Fresh rosemary sprig minced (or possibly 1 tsp. dry rosemary)
  • 1 x Fresh thyme sprig minced (or possibly 1 tsp. dry thyme) Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet till warm sufficient to sizzle a piece of potato. Turn heat to medium-high and add in potatoes and garlic, turning often, till proportionately browned. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme; cover and cook till the potatoes are tender; about 10 min.
  2. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, and serve.
