Receta Herbed New Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil ("pure" or possibly extra-virgin)
- 2 lb Small red new potatoes rinsed, quartered
- 2 x Garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 1 x Fresh rosemary sprig minced (or possibly 1 tsp. dry rosemary)
- 1 x Fresh thyme sprig minced (or possibly 1 tsp. dry thyme) Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet till warm sufficient to sizzle a piece of potato. Turn heat to medium-high and add in potatoes and garlic, turning often, till proportionately browned. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme; cover and cook till the potatoes are tender; about 10 min.
- Sprinkle with pepper and salt, and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
