Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- Squirt of lemon juice
- Prebaked 9" pie shell
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. sliced & peeled tart baking apples
Direcciones
- Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add in lowfat sour cream, egg, vanilla and lemon juice. Fold apples into mix. Pour into 9" prebaked pie shell. Combine nuts and brown sugar topping. Top pie with mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 min till golden.
