Receta Hoki Fillets Topped With Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 lb hoki fillets
- 16 x olives stoned, halved
- 2 x tomatoes seeded, halved, and sliced Cheese (choose your favourite tasty cheese slices)
- 2 x garlic cloves sliced
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
Direcciones
- Cut hoki into 8 pcs about 1/2 inch deep then top each with tomato paste. Place on garlic slices, tomato slices, then cheese slices and top with halved olives.
- Then place all into a 450 degree oven till looking ready. (About 8 to 10 min.)
