Receta Holiday Berry Punch

Ingredientes
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries in syrup, thawed
- 1 (12 ounce.) can frzn concentrated cranberry- raspberry juice cocktail
- 1 (12 ounce.) can frzn concentrated lemonade
- 1 bottle (1 liter) Ginger Ale, chilled
- 1 bottle (2 liters) seltzer, chilled
- Strawberries and cranberries for garnish
Direcciones
- 1. Puree strawberries with syrup in container of electric blender (this can be done ahead of time and refrigerated).
- 2. Just before serving, combine pureed strawberries, cranberry-raspberry concentrate, lemonade concentrate and Ginger Ale in a 6 qt bowl or possibly punch bowl. Stir in seltzer and serve from a pitcher or possibly punch bowl in glasses.
- Garnish with skewered strawberries and cranberries if you wish. Makes 32 1/2 c. servings.
