Ingredientes
- 8 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 pound sausage or possibly bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Direcciones
- Mix lowfat milk, mustard, and Large eggs; pour over the other ingredients, toss lightly. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Chill 12 hrs. Bake 35 min at 350 degrees.
