Receta Holiday Inn Oatmeal Pie

Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 2/3 c. quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 c. shredded coconut
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 or possibly 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs well in bowl. Stir in sugars, oats, coconut, lowfat milk, butter, and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. Serve topped with whipped cream if you like. Make 6 to 8 servings.
