Receta Holiday Inn Spinach Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) fresh spinach
- 1 (16 ounce.) can bean sprouts (liquid removed)
- 3 hard cooked Large eggs (diced)
- 8 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled
Direcciones
- Make ahead and chill. 3/4 c. sugar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1/3 c. catsup 1/4 c. vinegar 1 med. onion (finely diced or possibly grated)
- Fold in blender for a short time.
- SERVING TIME: Pour dressing over spinach and mix gently and serve. Place a few slices of hard boiled egg on top for eye appeal.
