Receta Holiday Rice Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. cooked, cooled Chef-way conditioned rice
- 3/4 c. finely minced pecans
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
Direcciones
- Combine orange juice, sugar, Large eggs, orange peel, and butter. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Add in orange juice mix to dry ingredients and mix well. Mix in rice and pecans. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pans 5 min, then turn out to cold. Combine powdered sugar, orange juice and peel. Drizzle this mix over loaves when cold.
