Receta Home-made Seafood Fried Rice
I'd like you let you in on a little secret. You don't have to make a trip to your favorite Chinese restaurant to have your seafood fried rice. You can make it right in the comfort of your home kitchen!
You can add as many of your favorite seafood, but for now, I've limited my ingredients to shrimp, catfish, octopus and mussels. This type of fried rice is a meal all by itself, no need to partner it with other meat or seafood dishes.
