- 2 Tbsp. OIL, OLIVE Or possibly VEGETABLE
- 20 ounce ITALIAN TOMATOES
- 6 ounce TOMATO PASTE
- 2 Tbsp. PARSLEY FLAKES
- 1 Tbsp. ITALIAN SEASONING
- 2 tsp SUGAR
- 1/2 tsp GARLIC SALT
- 1/2 tsp SALT

- IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, Saute/fry THE ONION IN Extra virgin olive oil Till TENDER, BUT NOT BROWNED. CHOP THE TOMATOES. Add in TO SAUTED ONIONS. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. HEAT TO BOILING. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 30 TO 45 Min. STIR FREQUENTLY WHILE SIMMERING.
- NOTE: Mix CAN BLENDED Till SMOOTH If you like.
