Receta Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 6 Large eggs, beaten very stiff
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 pt. half and half
- Finish filling with lowfat milk (up to line)
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs till very stiff. Mix sugar, salt and vanilla. Add in to egg mix, mix well. Add in whipping cream and half and half. Pour in ice cream maker, fill with lowfat milk up to line. Churn till ice cream is hard.
