Receta Homemade Pimento Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1 lb American cheese
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 can (4 ounce) pimiento, liquid removed
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 pt Mayonaisse
Direcciones
- Combine cheese and lowfat milk; heat on low heat. Stir, remove and let cold. Add in beaten egg, sugar, vinegar and pimiento. Mix well. Move to stove and cook on low heat 6-7 min. Add in 1 pt. mayonaisse.
