  1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
  2. Add in sugar, salt and oil; mix thoroughly.
  3. Add in 1/2 of the flour and beat till no lumps.
  4. Gradually add in remaining flour.
  5. Knead dough for 5 min.
  6. Place on a greased pizza pan, leave edges a little thicker than middle. Let rise 20 to 30 min.
  7. Bake at 450 degrees until beginning to brown, remove and add in the sauce and toppings and cheese.
  8. Bake again until cheese browns.
