Receta Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredientes
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 tbsp. shortening or possibly oil
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 c. sifted flour
Direcciones
- Put into large mixing bowl water, shortening, yeast and salt. Let stand till shortening melts and yeast softens. Stir occasionally. Work in flour then knead on well floured board till smooth. Let rise till double. Spread on 2 pizza pans. Spread on basic pizza sauce. Choose topping and bake 25 to 30 min in warm oven.
