Receta Homemade Siomai
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb ground pork
- 3/4 cup onion (minced)
- 3/4 cup carrots (minced)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- wonton or siomai wrapper
- DIPPING SAUCE:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon or calamansi
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients together except the wrapper.
- Wrap the meat in wanton wrapper by placing about 1 tbsp of meat in the center of the wrapper then press all the sides to the middle leaving an open space on top.
- Place all the wrapped meat in the steamer.
- Steam for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
