Receta Homemade Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 can lg. whole kernel corn
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 to 3 cans water
- 1 med. onion, diced (if preferred)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 med. potatoes, minced
- 3 pods okra, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 to 2/3 tbsp. grnd oregano
- 1 pod sweet pepper, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Grnd beef, 2 pound
Direcciones
- Cook grnd beef, don't drain, then add in everything else. Bring to a boil, then let simmer 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Serve with peanut butter and jelly sandwich or possibly cornbread.
