Receta Honey Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/3 c. Heavy cream
- 5 x Tart apples, peeled, cored -
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Sprinkle pastry with 1 TB each of sugar and flour. Combine the remaining sugar and flour; stir in honey and cream. Pour this mix over apples in large bowl. Mix gently till slices are well coated. Spoon apples into pie shell and dust with cinnamon and nutmeg; dot with butter. Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 min.
