Receta Honey Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 3 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 c. Whole bran cereal
- 1 1/2 c. 2% lowfat lowfat milk
- 2 1/4 c. Unbleached flour
- 4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- In small mixing bowl, beat Large eggs, honey and oil till well blended; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine bran cereal with lowfat milk and let stand 5 min. Combine egg and cereal mixtures and mix lightly. Combine flour, soda and cinnamon; mix well. Stir into bran mix. Spoon into paper-lined or possibly greased muffin c.. Bake at 350 degrees F 25 to 30 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
