Receta Honey Cinnamon Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce butter
- 1/2 lb plain flour
- 1/4 lb brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 x egg
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar till thick and pale. Add in beaten egg, then honey. Sift in dry ingredients and mix into a hard dough.
- Roll dough out 1/4" thick on lightly floured bench. Cut into fingers 3" x 1/2". Arrange proportionately spaced on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake 350 F for 15 min.
- When cold join halves with apricot or possibly raspberry jam.
