Receta Honey Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. Yellow cornmeal, cooked
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Honey
Direcciones
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. In a small mixing bowl, beat the Large eggs. Add in cream, oil and honey; beat well. Stir into the dry ingredients just till moistened. Pour into a greased 9 in square baking pan. Bake at 400F for 20 - 25 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
