Receta Honey Nut Squash

Ingredientes
- 2 x Acorn squash
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Minced walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cut acorn squash lengthwise into halves; don't remove seeds. Place cut side up in baking pan or possibly baking sheet. Bake 30-45 min or possibly till soft.
- Remove seeds and fibers.
- Combine honey, walnuts, raisins and Worcestershire sauce; spoon into squash. Bake 5-10 min more till lightly glazed.
- Makes 4 servings.
