This is a excellent Recipe. Would say cut down on the honey. Instead of 1/3 cup, try 1/4 or 2 Tablespoons instead. You do not want your children bouncing off the walls. Also I used Cranberries instead of raisins. Last of all instead of butter I used applesauce. A lot healthier. The time was not right for me also. I put them in for 17 minutes instead of 10. You can put them in depending on your oven. My oven did not cook them all the way through for 10 minutes. So 17 minutes was just right.
No salt needed.

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. reg. oatmeal
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, shortening, Large eggs and honey. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min or possibly till brown. Remove immediately from baking sheet.
