Receta Hot And Spicy Chili

Ingredientes
- 4 1/4 lb Grnd beef
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 6 c. Onions, minced
- 3 c. Green bell peppers, minced
- 8 c. Tomatoes, canned, sliced
- 10 1/2 c. Dark kidney beans, canned, liquid removed
- 3 1/4 c. Water
- 2 c. Chili seasoning mix
- 3 Tbsp. Durkee redhot cayenne pepper sauce Salt and pepper, to taste Lowfat sour cream, as needed Cheddar cheese, shredded, as needed
Direcciones
- Brown beef; reserve. Heat oil; saute/fry vegetables (onions & green peppers).
- Stir in meat. Stir in tomatoes and all other ingredients. Cover. Simmer 20 to 25 min, stirring occasionally.
- Serving Ideas : Serve with dollop of lowfat sour cream.. Top with cheddar.
