Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lb top round
- 1 x (32 oz) jar warm cherry peppers, with juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 pch garlic salt
- 1 pch grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- 1 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place the meat in the oil and saute/fry for 5 min per side.
- 2 Pour out 1 c. of the pepper juice from the jar and pour into the skillet. Add in the water, garlic salt and grnd black pepper to taste.
- 3 Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 40 min, flipping meat halfway through cooking. Add in about 10 to 12 warm cherry peppers and heat for 5 more min.
- Everyone who likes it warm will love this dish. It uses the juice from warm cherry peppers to slowly cook a London broil.
