- Preheat your oven to 375F.Stir together the flour, salt and baking pwdr, and then add in the lowfat sour cream. Mix it all together till you have a soft, even dough.
- On a floured surface, pat the dough out to a 3/4-inch/2 cm thickness. Cut the dough into rounds with a wine glass and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 min and eat immediately.
- Option: Add in raisins or possibly cheese to the dough.
