Receta Hot Chheesy Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 8 oz scrubbed baking potatoes
- 6 Tbsp butter buds Powder
- 3 Tbsp bill weed
- 3 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 quarts plain low-fat yogurt
- 6 oz grated parmesan cheese
- paprika (to sprinkle on top)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Poke potatoes with a fork. Put on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until soft.
- In a small bowl, combine Butter Buds, dill and onion powder.
- Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise; mash each half lightly with a fork and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp butter buds mixture. Top each half with 2 Tbsp yogurt, 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- Bake for 15 more minutes.
