- Heat butter, brown sugar and 3 Tbsp. warm sauce in oven on 250 degrees. Fry chicken till done (10 to 15 min per batch). Add in wings to sauce in oven stir and add in more warm sauce. Repeat frying remaining wing, stir, add in more warm sauce. When all chicken in cooked add in remaining warm sauce. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
