Ingredientes
- 2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 10 x jalapeno peppers coarsely minced
- 4 Tbsp. red chili flakes

- In a small saucepan, combine the oil, pepper and chili flakes. Heat to 140 degrees and simmer for 10 min. Remove from heat and allow to sit overnight or possibly for 8 hrs. Strain out solids.
