Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. lite cream cheese
- 2 c. non-fat quark or possibly low-fat cottage cheese, blended
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon each: dry basil, marjoram, oregano and thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 pound imitation crab flakes
Direcciones
- 1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and quark till smooth. Gradually add in lemon juice and lowfat milk and blend. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- 2. Pour into quiche dish or possibly pie pan. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till warm.
- 3. Serve with crackers and vegetable tray. Makes about 4 c..
