Receta Hot Onion Relish

Ingredientes
- 3 lrg Vidalia onion, minced
- 12 x Bell pepper, red, minced
- 12 x Bell pepper, green, minced
- 1 x Jalape#o, minced fine
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 quart White vinegar The onions and peppers should be minced fine.
Direcciones
- Put the onions, bell peppers, and jalape#o into a pot of boiling water and boil for 20 min. Meanwhile, in a kettle bring additional water to the boil. Pour off the water in that the onions and pepper have been cooked.
- Then pour over sufficient boiling water to cover the vegetables and boil again for 15 min. Pour off the water again and add in salt, sugar, and vinegar.
- Boil 10 min, ladle into sterilized jars, and seal.
- Makes 6-8 pints.
