  • 3 lrg Vidalia onion, minced
  • 12 x Bell pepper, red, minced
  • 12 x Bell pepper, green, minced
  • 1 x Jalape#o, minced fine
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 quart White vinegar The onions and peppers should be minced fine.

Direcciones

  1. Put the onions, bell peppers, and jalape#o into a pot of boiling water and boil for 20 min. Meanwhile, in a kettle bring additional water to the boil. Pour off the water in that the onions and pepper have been cooked.
  2. Then pour over sufficient boiling water to cover the vegetables and boil again for 15 min. Pour off the water again and add in salt, sugar, and vinegar.
  3. Boil 10 min, ladle into sterilized jars, and seal.
  4. Makes 6-8 pints.
