Receta Hot Potatoes With Peanut Butter For 2

Ingredientes
- 6 x Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered and steamed, (plastic ziplock in microwave for 5min)
- 1 Tbsp. Oil, (canoa)
- 4 x Jalapeno peppers minced fine w/seeds
- 1 x Habanero pepper minced fine w/seeds, (more for better heat)
- 1 med Onion, (sweet type)
- 1 tsp (good) tumeric pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter, chunky, (then to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin pwdr, (fresh if you can do it)
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd black pepper, (grind your own!) Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Saute/fry peppers and onion lightly in oil and add in potatoes cook until "light"
- brown. then add in remaining ingredients.
- I cooked the above and served with fried golden chicken breasts.. YUM
