Receta Hot Spicy Cold Noodles

Ingredientes
- 500 gm fresh Chinese noodles
- 4 x scallions (or possibly green onions), minced
- 10 ml chili oil
- 10 ml sesame seed oil
- 30 ml vinegar
- 30 ml sugar
- 7 1/2 ml salt
- 2 1/2 ml black pepper, (fresh grnd)
- 5 ml MSG, (optional)
- 2 x fresh red peppers minced.
Direcciones
- 1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 min, then drain. Rinse them in cool water till they are cold, then set aside to drain.
- 2. Make the sauce by mixing together all of the other ingredients.
- 3. Heat 50 ml oil in a wok. When it is warm, pour in the sauce mix, and then the noodles. Stir well to cover the noodles with sauce, then remove and cold.
- This recipe is an easy prepare-ahead dish for a warm summer day. It makes a good barbecue side dish for all of us who are tired of potato salads.
- You can serve this dish hot if you want, but it is better when cool.
- It is a good dish to prepare the previous day and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
