Receta Hot Spinach And Artichoke Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 x (10 oz) package spinach rinsed, stemmed, and dry
- 1/2 x red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 x (8 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
Direcciones
- 1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- 2 Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread spinach leaves in a thick layer covering the baking sheet. Arrange onions and artichokes over the spinach, and drizzle the marinade from the jar over the entire salad. Sprinkle with the cheese (and sausage, if you wish).
- 3 Bake for about 10 min, or possibly till the spinach is wilted but NOT crispy.
- This delicious warm salad is easily made into a main course by adding crumbled, cooked Italian sausage.
