- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 3 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 c. minced green onion
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn spinach
- 1 can water chestnuts (8 ounce)
Direcciones
- Defrost spinach and wring dry, chop water chestnuts very fine. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate.For special occasions, hollow out pumpernickel bread and fill with dip. Great with veggies or possibly crackers.
