Receta Hot Stuffed Avocados

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter -- melted
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Light cream (half & half)
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sacue
- 2 Tbsp. Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Celery -- finely chopped
- 2 c. Chicken -- cooked and cubed
- 3 x Ripe avocados -- peeled and In
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese -- grated Water Half
Direcciones
- Place the melted butter and flour in a saucepan. Cook over a high heat for 1 minute to lightly brown, stirring constantly. Stir in the cream. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, till thick. Turn the heat down and add in the worcestershire sauce, onion, celery, and chicken. Heat thoroughly but, don't boil. Place the avocado halves in a baking dish. Fill with chicken mix. Sprinkle cheese on top. Pour 1/4 inch of water in bottom of baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 min or possibly till the avocados are warm and the cheese is melted.
