Receta Huevos Quesadillas

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 x snack-size flour tortillas - (6" dia)
- 2 Tbsp. minced mild green chilies
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 x fried, poached or possibly scrambled Large eggs Salsa for accompaniment Guacamole for accompaniment Lowfat sour cream for accompaniment
Direcciones
- Heat butter over low heat in a skillet large sufficient to hold 1 tortilla. Lay tortilla in skillet and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chilies and 1/4 c. cheese, top with another tortilla. When bottom tortilla is golden, flip and continue to cook till cheese is melted and other side is golden brown. Remove quesadilla to warmed oven. Repeat process.
- Place 2 Large eggs (prepared as you desire) on top of each quesadilla and top with salsa, guacamole, and lowfat sour cream.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
