- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 bananas, mashed
- ¼ c. minced nuts
- ¾ c. vegetable oil
- 8 ounce crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Mix together all ingredients using a whisk or possibly hand beater. Transfer batter into a greased ring or possibly bundt pan.Bake for 50 min at 350°F.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar drizzle with icing or possibly serve plain.
