Receta Hummus (Chickpea Dip)

Ingredientes
- 1 can Chick peas, liquid included
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 3 x Cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. Extra extra virgin extra virgin olive oil, about (use the best you can get)
- 1/4 c. Tahini, about Salt
- 1 pch Grnd cumin
- 3 Tbsp. Pepper flakes of your choice or possibly a few de-seeded Habs or possibly any fresh pepper of your choosing, about
Direcciones
- Throw everything but the chick peas and pepper flakes in the blender and let it do its' blend thing. Toss in the chick peas and blend till smooth.
- Add in the pepper flakes last and blend just till the are proportionately distributed thru the hummus. Take your favorite food which you use to shovel dip with and try not to overindulge in this epicurean delight.
